Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is the U.S. government agency responsible for tax collection. Every year, from early February until April, you must complete your U.S. tax return (including international students). UC Davis offers a software that will help you with that (known as “Glacier”), and you will get an email around that date with detailed instructions. There are companies that can also prepare your tax return. These services can be expensive though and, for the most part, students can easily handle Glacier. If you need additional help, contact Student Accounting.
